# Report a Correction

**In short**

Anyone can report a wrong fact, owner or homeowner. We check it against the source and update within two business days.

## How to report one

Email [corrections@getfourbest.com](mailto:corrections@getfourbest.com) with the page address, what’s wrong and what’s right. A link to a source helps most.

1.

### We check it

Against public records and the business’s own details.

2.

### We fix it, or explain why not

Either way you hear back within two business days.

3.

### We date it

The page shows when its data was last checked.

## What a correction can’t do

- Fix facts: phone, hours, services, prices, areas
- Change who is in a four because someone asked
- Remove honest reviews

## Own a local service business?

Claim your free profile to check your facts, add your services and see when homeowners compare you. It takes about five minutes.
